These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HomesteadSync website and app, operated by Dragan Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Cambridge, Minnesota. By using the site or app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

About HomesteadSync

HomesteadSync is a homesteading app currently in pre-launch. This website provides information about the app and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Features, pricing, and availability described here may change before launch.

The waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive launch and early-access emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any particular price.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or app, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submitting false or spam information.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site and in the app are affiliate links, including through the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Intellectual property

The HomesteadSync name, logo, content, and design are owned by Dragan Holdings LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

No warranty

The site and app are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site or app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information (including planting dates, weather, or other guidance) is accurate for your situation. Use your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragan Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or app.

Third-party links

The site and app may link to third-party websites and products. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Accounts and households

HomesteadSync is free to use locally without an account. Cloud is an optional paid subscription that adds multi-device sync, cloud backup, and household sharing. A “Household” is a single shared homestead, and one Cloud subscription entitles one Household of up to six (6) member accounts. You are responsible for who you invite to your Household and for keeping your invite code private; we may treat a Household at its member limit as full and decline additional members. Cloud is licensed for personal, household use — sharing a single subscription beyond one Household, or reselling, sublicensing, or providing the service to third parties, is not permitted.

Cloud subscription and billing

Cloud is sold on homesteadsync.com and billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions are offered monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and Cloud features end at the close of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Cloud entitlement is recorded per Household.

AI Diagnosis — fair use and limits

HomesteadSync’s AI Diagnosis is an optional, best-effort informational feature. It is not professional, agricultural, veterinary, or medical advice, and its identifications and suggestions may be wrong. Never rely on it for a sick or injured animal (consult a veterinarian), and never eat any wild plant or mushroom based on an app identification — misidentification can be fatal.

AI Diagnosis is provided on a fair-use basis for ordinary personal homestead use. Current limits: free accounts include a small number of diagnoses; Cloud includes up to 25 diagnoses per person per day and 500 per Household per 30 days, with a brief minimum interval between photos. These limits and the underlying model may change at any time, and we may queue, slow, decline, meter, or reject requests, including oversized images. Automated, scripted, bulk, resale, or commercial use, and any attempt to circumvent these limits, are prohibited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
